Pink Lady is our signature espresso. We blend naturally processed Ethiopian coffee with washed Colombia and pulped natural Brazil for a sweet fruit forward espresso with a crisp backbone and plenty of body to cut through milk drinks. It’s also delicious for every day coffee or as cold brew.

Shop Coffee
Mercedes is from a young coffee cooperative in the Ocotepeque region of Honduras made up of 280 small farmers producing Parainema, Pacas and Catuai. After harvest, the fruit is packed into airtight containers and allowed to ferment, before finally being dried on raised beds. The resulting coffee is sweet with cherry cola and strawberry fruit roll up notes.

Despite its name, Light Irresistible is our darkest coffee blend. It’s a classic blend of Central and South American coffees offering plenty of chocolate and brown sugar flavors with just enough dried cherry and apple acidity to please both traditional coffee fans and more modern drinkers. This coffee works across a variety of brewing methods including espresso, batch brew and pour over.
