Description
Riunggunung Estate is a 10 hectare farm located on the island of West Java in Indonesia. It grows traditional Indonesian varieties including Andungasari, Bor Bor, Katrika, and Ateng. This lot is from the highest elevation on the farm, which is marked by hot days and cold nights. After harvest, the whole cherries are fermented in airtight containers and then sun dried on mats resulting in a truly unique coffee with notes of winey, boozy acidity, stone fruits and intense sweetness. We recommend this as a pour over, to be enjoyed without milk.
