Description
This lesser know station in the Yirgacheffe region collects a garden coffees from 37 small neighboring villages, consisting of a mixture of heirloom and JARC (Jimma Agricultural Research Center). The coffee is then washed and shade dried resulting in a very bright clean cup with notes of lemon-lime, herbal florals and a tea like body. It makes a great pourover or drip cup but we recommend going down on your dosage a little bit (we like 19g of coffee for 300g of water) and dropping the brew temperature to around 203°F.
